The Commission for Flagship Products (COPROBA) decided to include asparagus and coffee as new Peruvian Flagship Products due to their world wide well known quality, high productivity and penetration in international markets, informed the Peruvian Ministry of Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR).
COPROBA had previously designated Peruvian camelids (alpaca and vicuña), Peruvian gastronomy, pisco, maca, Peruvian cotton (Pima and Tangüis), lúcuma and Chulucanas pottery as Peruvian Flagship Products.
