Cebiche, Causa, Solterito and other Peruvian dishes are served to APEC's delegates

Lima, Feb. 20 (ANDINA).- The “Cebiche” (a form of citrus marinated seafood salad) in its different varieties, the “Causa” (a dish that has two layers of spicy and sour mash potatoes stuff with tuna fish) and the “Solterito” (a salad made with cheese, beans and corn) are some of the Peruvians dishes served to the delegates of the APEC First Senior Officials Meeting, inaugurated yesterday in Lima.
