Arequipa launches gastronomic project to increase tourism

In an attempt to increase the length of stay of tourists in the southern city of Arequipa, the Regional Government has launched a gastronomic project called "La Ruta del Paladar", which offers a rich variety of traditional dishes served in 60 certified restaurants of the so called "White City".
