Night of the Peruvian Cuisine

For second year in a row, the Night of the Peruvian Cuisine (Noche de la Comida Peruana) will be celebrated on July 27th. The idea behind this celebration is to receive and celebrate the Independence Day (July 28th) with typical national dishes.

On the night of July 27th there will be a big show at the Circuito Mágico de las Aguas (Magical Water Tour) in the Parque de la Reserva in Lima, which is reopening on Saturday to celebrate its first anniversary of operations. Over there many national artists like Fabiola de la Cuba, Grupo La Sarita and Maricarmen Marín will perform and people will have the chance to enjoy many different dishes from the rich Peruvian Cuisine.
