Peru celebrates Pisco Sour Day
Since a couple of years ago, every first Saturday of February Peru celebrates the Pisco Sour Day. Many activities and events are held country wide in order to honor the Peruvian flagship drink.
Pisco Sour is an internationally renown drink prepared with a mixture of pisco, lemon, egg white, simple syrup, Angostura bitters and ice.
